Hi, my name is Billie and I am a 36 year old single mom of a beautiful daughter who is 7. She is a special needs child. She has been diagnosed with PTSD: Post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, SPD: Sensory Processing Disorder, LS: Lichen sclerosus, DMDD: Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, and ODD: oppositional defiant disorder. She also has stomach issues. 

My best friend Mary who I have been best friends with since we were both 13 is also a single mom of a special needs 8 year old son. He has been diagnosed with ADHD as well as other things. 

As single moms of special needs children is hard and alot of the times you doubt yourself and your parenting. This is the reason we started this blog. We know all moms have those moments of self doubt and moments where you feel like the worst parent in the world. Here in this blog we share those moments that way you know you arent alone.
